Effortless Perfection

Mindfulness involves learning to move attention from the Default Node Network (DNN) to the Task Dependent Network (TDN), while maintaining Open Awareness and a low cognitive load.

 

This helps the brain rewire, so that the ability to be present, self-aware, hold meta awareness, and be curious and compassionate become parts of our System 1 thinking.
